We have been busy this last month from making bird feeders, to making apple pies in a cup, and one of their favorites, painting. We have been enjoying this beautiful weather outside before it gets too cold to go out. The residents have really enjoyed people coming and playing music for them.

With Halloween this month we will have plenty of pumpkin crafts and snacks, and Chef Kevin is coming October 8th for a food demonstration. The residents will also be helping make treat bags for trick or treaters. Unfortunately, we can’t have them in the building, but we will have the residents in the windows with the goodie bags at the front door for the kids to grab between 2:00-3:00 pm on Sunday, October 31st. Don’t forget to stop by Kensington Assisted Living to trick-or-treat as well!

Happy Halloween!
