November is here and it's time to celebrate Thanksgiving.  That also means winter is just around the corner.  So many of us will be busy getting our homes ready for the cold weather and farmers finishing up with the harvest.  Hopefully everyone will get some free time to enjoy this festive holiday with family and friends and be able to reflect on the many gifts we are thankful for.
