Happy New Year!!  We hope everyone has a great and healthy 2021!  With everything going on we could all benefit from increasing our immune system.  Here are some tips to increase your immunity.

  • Eat immune boosting foods such as green vegetables, blueberries and green tea.
  • Take a probiotic or eat foods that will increase the good bacteria in your stomach like yogurt and pickles.
  • Get at least 8 hours of sleep at night.
  • Exercise regularly to decrease your blood pressure, keep your lungs healthy, and maintain a healthy weight.
  • make sure you are getting enough vitamin D, C, E and B6.
