Millennium Therapy

My name is Alexa Herman and I am the new Physical Therapist Assistant here at New Hampton Nursing and Rehab Center.  I graduated from Hawkeye Community College in August of 2018.  I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends.  I just recently got engaged and will be getting married next summer!  I enjoy all aspects of therapy but my favorite part is to see people progress toward their goals and get back to being happier, healthier individuals!
