From the Administrator

I would like to thank all our tenants, residents and families for their feedback from our satisfaction surveys.  We received some great feedback!  As a reminder, we complete these surveys bi-annually and greatly appreciate your time and comments while completing these.  Our goal is always to continue to make improvements and continue to be your "5" star facility!

In April, we celebrate and recognize our Occupational Therapy Department whom are the folks that help you with your everyday skills, like cooking or cleaning.  We celebrate National Volunteer Week and Hairstylist Day whom share their lives with all of us, we thank you and appreciate everything that you do for others.

We celebrate Administrative Professional Week, which is April 21st through the 27th, however, we secretly celebrate with Lori on the 24th.  Please join us in thanking these wonderful people for everything they do for us.

We are excited to announce that Amy Orr will be joining our team and will be serving as Kensington Place's new Assisted Living Director beginning April 22nd.  Amy has a wealth of experience that she will be bringing to our team.  Please join me in welcoming Amy!

Lastly, with spring here it may be a good time to partake in spring cleaning and removing unneeded items from your loved one's closet.  We appreciate your assistance with this!
